Lavina Punjabi is the Sustainability Lead for HP Middle East and Africa regions. Her work primarily focuses on driving education and digital equity initiatives across the region. After successfully launching the GameOn with HP Gaming Garage in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, she is now running a hackathon in South Africa. Lavina is also deeply passionate about advancing CSR initiatives. Before stepping into her role as Sustainability Lead, she was a part of HP Middle East's Personal Systems Business. Born and raised in the UAE she completed her schooling at her schooling in the UAE, and Bachelors’ in Information Systems from Skyline University, Sharjah, Lavina holds a Double Masters’ (Supply Chain Management & International MBA) from MIT Zaragoza in Zaragoza, Spain and Griffith University, Australia, respectively. Lavina’s professional experience of over 15 years and education has helped her gain a strong understanding of diverse cultures, making her adaptable to working with people from various backgrounds. She is a strong advocate for teamwork, believing in the collective power of collaboration, integrity, and shared accountability to drive the success of every project she takes on. Outside of work, Lavina loves honing her dance skills and is a passionate cricket fan - embracing her Indian roots. She even plans her travel around live cricket matches, making sure to catch her favorite games in person whenever possible.
