Everyone can learn to eat everything
Children learning the Taste Education method at school have a more positive attitude towards trying new food for healthier and more sustainable eating habits. Taste Education is based on sensory experiences of food where children are stimulated to describe their multisensory perceptions and refrain from making judgments without first trying the food. These experiences lead children to have a lifelong positive attitude towards experimenting with new foods and increasing the variety of healthy and sustainable foods, like fruits and vegetables.

Wellbeing: The Taste Education Workshop
Teachers and school leaders are invited to participate in an interactive Taste Education session. This practical workshop will engage a small group of schoolchildren in food sensory games and challenge them to describe what they perceive. Through tales, stories, and a cookery experience, children will be led into the wonderful world of new foods, discovering their nutritional values and environmental impact.
