Neil has been living and working in Dubai for 20 years from where he has been supporting schools with their staffing solutions. Since 2004 he has helped to co-found two international teacher recruitment companies. Originally a teacher working in a British curriculum school in Kuwait between 1992 and 1994, Neil fell into recruitment by accident and worked in the London supply field for 10 years progressing to the level of Regional Manager for the South-East region. Missing the Middle East, Neil and his family returned to the region, and quickly helped establish the international division for the company from which he resigned!
