Kavitha Ravindran

Kavitha Ravindran Co-founder, Chief Content & School Growth Officer Kavitha is a qualified Secondary Science teacher with 13 years of experience in secondary schools across England. After completing her PGCE from the University of Cambridge in 2009, she took on several leadership roles, including Teaching & Learning Lead, KS5 Coordinator, and STEM Lead. Her extensive classroom experience, combined with her leadership expertise, has provided her with valuable insights into the challenges faced by teachers, which she has used to inform her innovative approach to sAInaptic. In 2020, Kavitha co-founded sAInaptic, where she has been instrumental in curating content and shaping its strategic direction. Drawing on her own experiences with the challenges of marking and the time needed to analyse student responses for effective teaching, Kavitha collaborated with educators and a tech expert team to develop a solution that addresses this common pain point for teachers. Since the product's launch, she has successfully onboarded schools across England, consistently incorporating teacher feedback to refine and enhance the platform. As the primary link between educators and the solution, she focuses on expanding its reach and empowering teachers to seamlessly integrate AI technology into their teaching practice
