Amjad Abu Hilal is a Principal Science Teacher educator at Queen Rania Teachers’ Academy, now holding the post of Senior Technology & eLearning Manager. Previously held the post of Module three- practicum module, facilitating Students’ practical work in partnering schools, curriculum development, and a specialist in education technology, gamification and STEAM approach in education within taught curricula. In her capacity as an eLearning manager, Mrs. Abu Hilal possess a good background experience in instructional designing, content digitizing, online content creation and development, good handling and working with various LMS. She has a 25+years of experience in teaching IGCSE chemistry, and Physics teacher and leadership and management posts in an International School. She is a holder of a master’s degree in geochemistry/geochemical engineering. She attained Harvard (Middle East education Professional Learning Initiative) fellowship in 2018 being one of the first cohorts to attain this fellowship, she was also assigned as the first MEPLI fellowship coordinator and earned her certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard School of Education in 2019. Holder of a certificate for T&L in higher education from Bock institute/Harvard University (2021). She is an online Course Coach and content developer with MEPLI in short courses (agile thinking). Mrs. Abu Hilal is also a certified board member advisor, ToT and QM peer reviewer and coordinator.
