Life Skills are essential for everyone, especially expats as they help us to navigate the unique challenges of living in a multicultural environment. Many expat parents focus on academics and career development sidelining skills that are essential throughout life. How many of your children would know how to navigate a map… a paper map? How many children have ever cut the grass, changed a lightbulb or even put the washing machine on? This talk is to highlight life skills of an expat, and how our school is tackling this issue while engaging our parents to support their children’s learning.
