LEGO® Education Offers Multiple Hands-On Solutions in Arabic to the Middle East Education Market

Solutions include the new wireless, tablet-ready robot-based learning system, WeDo 2.0 for elementary science curriculum teaches science and coding in a hands-on way

3 March 2016 - At GESS 2016, LEGO^® Education, the education division within the LEGO Group, demonstrated multiple education solutions, now available in Arabic, for use in the Middle East education market.

LEGO Education is offering the following education solutions in Arabic:

• LEGO^®Education StoryStarter Curriculum: StoryStarter provides an innovative way of teaching a wide array of Language Arts skills including writing, language development, and reading comprehension abilities.

• LEGO^®MINDSTORMS^®Education EV3 Space Activity Pack and Challenge Set: Designed as an add-on to your existing LEGO^® MINDSTORMS^® Education EV3 solution, the Space Activity Pack and Challenge Set gives you the bricks, challenge mats, and curriculum materials to teach the STEM principles and concepts behind the robots that are exploring our solar system.

• LEGO^®Education WeDo 2.0 Software and Curriculum Pack: LEGO^® Education WeDo 2.0 is a hands-on, elementary science solution that develops science practices in the classroom through a robot-based learning system.

WeDo 2.0 is a hands-on, elementary science solution that develops science practices in the classroom through a robot-based learning system. Correlated to standards-based projects, the solution engages and motivates students to solve real-world science problems by working with engineering, technology and coding through the LEGO^® brick, classroom-friendly software and 40+ hours of hands-on projects. LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 strengthens students’ understanding and develops competencies across key science topics including physical sciences, life sciences, earth and space sciences and engineering.
