As the Director of Unified Champion Schools project at GEMS Education, he is dedicated to creating inclusive environments where every student feels valued and empowered. In his volunteer role as Head of Unified Sports for the Dubai Affiliated School Sports Association (DASSA), Matthew works tirelessly to promote teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship among young athletes. With a genuine passion for physical education, Matthew serves as the Head of Primary Physical Education in Dubai, inspiring students to lead active and healthy lifestyles. His commitment to holistic development extends beyond borders, as evidenced by his international engagements. Matthew has shared his expertise and vision at esteemed events such as the Youth Sport Trust Conference in the UK, the BAPS Educational Conference in India, and the Skillshare International in Lesotho. He has also contributed to conferences hosted by DASSA and the Dubai Sport Council in the UAE, spreading positivity and fostering collaboration on a global scale.
