Shaimaa Helal is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in managing and leading projects in international and governmental affairs, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology transfer. She has a proven track record of success in various roles, including Director of Accelerator 101, Head of Egypt China Technology Transfer Center, Director of Egypt's Entrepreneurship Development project (TWT), Director of the National Incubation Program and at the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. Shaimaa has been instrumental in empowering youth and supporting startups, particularly focusing on women-led initiatives, supported over 200 startups .in the fields of clean & green, agribusiness, and creative industries. Her expertise spans across designing programs, planning, budgeting, supervising teams, evaluating, selecting & mentoring startups, and evaluating project performance.
