With almost 25 years of experience and recognition for exceptional leadership and driving rapid school improvement, Pali is a dedicated and committed leader with experience in UK, IB and American curriculum schools, CIS, NEASC and IBO.  Her roles have included Headteacher, Principal, IB and CIS Evaluator and is currently the Director of Education for Taaleem’s Ajyal PPP Schools. Pali brings a rich multicultural background and a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives.  Pali has a proven track record of continuously improving and sustaining positive student outcomes and experiences through highly effective coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
