Tanay is an experienced management professional and technology enthusiast with extensive business leadership experience in the EdTech industry; He has over 19 years of experience in sales management, new business development, sales training, enterprise and direct-to-consumer sales, new strategic partnerships and project management, including over 12 years of experience in leading digital transformation in K-12 and higher education sector.

Since 2020, Tanay is based in the UAE and leading the growth strategy and operations of Extramarks Education in the Middle East and Africa region as a General Manager. Prior to this, he was heading Extramarks’ business operations in South Africa for over 6 years.

Having worked in multiple global geographies with multi-cultural teams, he greatly appreciates cultural diversity and has gained fondness towards managing people from different cultures and backgrounds.
