I am co-founder of a consulting business that specialises in delivering personalised career development programs and coaching (examples: What are Employers Looking for? Personal Branding, Careers Conversations, What next for me? Our approach uses a blend of coaching and teaching to create interactive, contemporary multimedia content. Employers and local educational providers commission us to create tailored content for teachers in both mainstream and SEN schools to use and deliver. We empower students to recognise their unique skills and strengths and emphasise the crucial role that soft skills and personal characteristics play when making career decisions. Careers Collective’s consultants also offer personalised one-on-one coaching to assist students in preparing their university applications, reviewing their CVs, and practising for interviews. Our goal is to equip students with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate their career paths successfully. With a double major in anthropology and history, research and attention to detail are skills she enjoys applying in the workplace. She has extensive knowledge of apprenticeships and has written several books on the subject, published by The Good Schools Guide.  In her spare time, Sally runs a monthly contemporary art group that explores art galleries in London. She loves working in her Mallorcan garden, playing padel tennis, and spending time with her family.
