Annie is the Director of Leadership for the Inspirational Group working in Saudi Arabia. The Group's purpose is to Inspire Leadership for a Better Tomorrow. The Inspirational Group believe that Purpose-Driven Leadership is the heart of tomorrow’s most successful organisations—those that create value for their people, stakeholders, and society. They work globally with offices in the UK, India and the Middle East and are a world leader in youth education sector, helping young people enhance their personal growth as tomorrow's leader. Annie brings over 20 years of expertise in capability planning and complex transformation programs in the education sector. She has an illustrious career, including significant roles with the UK Government where she reformed education delivery across England and managed high-value projects, such as the establishment of 64 new schools. Annie has qualifications in Programme, Project, Commercial Management and Leadership. Annie lives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with her husband and young son. Away from the Inspirational Group she volunteers for the British Embassy in Riyadh and is a keen desert camper, taking every opportunity to explore the region.

For 2024  we have a broader variety of panellists looking at a variety of different and thought provoking questions During these sessions we will be hearing the latest insights from the speakers on the following topics: Alternative on-line learning offerings, the impact of AI, how counsellors, in schools and universities, are offering innovative ways to ensure 6th form students have a variety of options and plenty of understanding when making the move from school to tertiary education.
