Andy Perryer is Head of Digital Learning at Cognita and has been with the organisation since 2018, overseeing the development and implementation of digital learning strategies in the Middle East and globally. In August 2023, he relocated to the UAE to lead digital initiatives in the region. With over ten years of teaching and educational leadership experience in primary, secondary and international contexts, Andy's work focuses on aligning digital tools with educational goals, driving the integration of AI and emerging technologies in classrooms, and increasing digital maturity in schools. His responsibilities include creating digital leadership frameworks, supporting schools with professional development, and working closely with education and IT teams to ensure successful technology adoption.
