• Aishwarya Rai is a Programs Associate and Climate Lead at Dubai Cares, a UAE-based philanthropic organization dedicated to education transformation in developing countries. Throughout her career, she has held various positions at humanitarian and development organizations, including at the International Rescue Committee in Nairobi, Kenya, at Education Cannot Wait, and at the United Nations agency for landlocked developing countries in New York. She holds a master’s degree in International and Development Economics from Yale University and was a recipient of the Princeton in Africa Fellowship in 2022.
