2021 EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES

Next year’s GESS Dubai will be held 2-4 March 2021 and we are back in the same halls. The new booking form and floorplan are available to download below:

The rebooking procedure is the same as last year but just to refresh your memory, this is how it works:

• Your current stand is reserved for you until 11am on Wednesday 26 February. If you do not rebook it by this time it will then be put up for general sale.

• There is a $90per m2 saving if you take advantage of the onsite rate. You will need to complete the booking form before 4pm on Thursday 27 February 2020.

• If you would like to book a new location, this will be allocated as and when you book from day 2 onwards, but you can pre-book and these will also be sorted by a time and date basis. So first come, first served. Booking forms are being accepted for this already. Please make sure on the front page you list your top three requested stands.

• 28 day cooling off period (26 March 2020). This means no financial commitment until after the 26 March 2020! This is to help give you time to assess the show and get final sign off on budget.

• One free license for the Info salon’s visitor scanning app. This license can be used on one device to scan and qualify the leads that come to your stand during the show.
